BCAA stands for Branched Chain Amino Acid. This group consists of 3 amino acids, which are Leucine, Isoleucine and Valine.

These 3 amino acids are essential amino acids, which means that they cannot be produced by the body on its own, so their intake is dependent on nutrient intake, and we need to get the necessary amounts from external sources.

The product contains the amino acids Leucine, Isoleucine and Valine in a ratio of 2:1:1, i.e. the natural ratio found in muscle.

Consume one serving (6 g) of BCAA powder mixed in 200 ml of water 15 minutes before starting your workout. STORAGE
