BCAA is an abbreviation of Branched Chain Amino Acid. This group consists of 3 amino acids, which are leucine, isoleucine and valine.

These 3 amino acids are essential amino acids, which means that they cannot be produced by the body on its own, so their intake is dependent on nutrient intake, and we need to get the necessary amounts from external sources.

Our product contains leucine, isoleucine and valine amino acids in a 2:1:1 ratio, i.e. the natural ratio found in muscle, in 7 great flavours.

DIRECTION (1 serving = 1 spoon (6 g))

Mix one serving (6 g) of 2:1:1 BCAA powder with 250 ml of cold water and drink before, during or after training. Depending on your needs, you can take 2 portions (12 g) at the same time or split them throughout the day. The scoop included in the pack is for measuring purposes only, always use a digital gram scale for accurate dosing!

STORAGE

Store between 5°C and 30°C away from direct heat, sunlight and moisture. Do not store for more than 6 months after opening.
