Glutamine is an essential amino acid that is needed by all muscles in the body and is one of the most important building blocks in the formation of proteins that maintain cell health and tissue repair. Glutamine is found in varying amounts in most meat and fish, and to a lesser extent in vegetables and pulses.
As a dietary supplement, we recommend consuming 5 grams 1-3 times daily. L-glutamine can be consumed throughout the day, but is most beneficial in the morning, before and after exercise and before bedtime. L-glutamine can be mixed with plain water or combined with your favourite fruit juices and taken before exercise.
DIRECTION (1 serving = 1 scoop (5 g) )
Mix 5 g of powder with the desired amount of water and use 1-3 times a day.
