R1 Clean Gainer™ should be combined with a calorie-rich diet and regular resistance training. For best results, use R1 Clear Gainer with the foods and beverages that you normally consume for additional daily calories and nutrients.

DIRECTION (1 serving = 2 heaping scoops)

Mix two (2) scoops of R1 Clean Gainer with 400-450 ml water, milk ot your favourite beverage in a shaker cup or blender. Shake or blend it up!

Alternate Suggested Mix

In a blender, add your favourite fruit, a tablespoon of peanut or tree nut butter, and ice to the above, mix, and enjoy a protein-fortified smoothie!

Calorie-Dense Suggested Mix

In a blender, add one (1) serving of R1 Clean Gainer, 400-450 ml whole milk, and two (2) scoops of ice cream. Blend and enjoy a protein-fortified shake!
